NFL Draft Recent Links:
  1. Kansas City Chiefs: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs have to land a franchise quarterback. The veteran retread route has not worked out.

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Jacksonville needs to upgrade the talent of its roster and should take the best player available regardless of position. Jones could be the best player in the 2013 NFL Draft.

  3. Oakland Raiders: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders may look to trade down, but they really need the talent of a difference-maker like Lotulelei on their team.

  4. St. Louis Rams: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
TRADE: The Rams use some of their extra ammo to move up with Philadelphia. St. Louis could give up a second-round pick or one of its 2014 first-rounders to land the top tackle in the 2013 NFL Draft. Joeckel would be perfect to protect the blind side of Sam Bradford.

  5. Detroit Lions: Damontre Moore, OLB/DE, Texas A&M
The Lions need to upgrade their defensive ends even if they re-sign Cliff Avril. Moore is a good value at the fifth-overall pick.

  6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: DeMarcus Milliner, CB, Alabama
TRADE: The Bucs trade up with the Browns. Cleveland is without a second-round pick. and Tampa Bay has some extra third-day picks to help get deals done. The Buccaneers had one of the worst pass defenses in NFL history and trade up to land the top man-cover corner available.

  7. Arizona Cardinals: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
There isn't a quarterback worth taking here, so the Cardinals upgrade their offensive line with Matthews and eye a quarterback later on in the first round.

  8. Buffalo Bills: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bills could use an improved middle linebacker, and they need a player with the leadership skills of Te'o to help change the losing culture in Buffalo.

  9. New York Jets: Barkevious Mingo, DE/OLB, LSU
The Jets have to upgrade their pass rush, and Mingo is a good fit as a 3-4 outside linebacker.

  10. Tennessee Titans: Bjoern Werner, OLB/DE, Florida State
The Titans miss out on Milliner and take the top talent available who will help their pass defense. Werner is an excellent pass-rusher and is just scratching the surface of his talent.

  11. San Diego Chargers: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
San Diego has to get Philip Rivers some help and improved blocking up front. Lewan would be a nice upgrade to the Chargers' line and give Rivers more time to throw the ball.

  12. Miami Dolphins: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins have to land some weapons for Ryan Tannehill. With five picks in the first three rounds, Miami should be able to do so.

  13. Cleveland Browns: Dion Jordan, OLB/DE, Oregon
TRADE: The Browns moved down with Tampa Bay. Cleveland could use an upgrade at outside linebacker and defensive end. Jordan would be a nice hybrid defender who would upgrade the Browns' pass rush.

  14. Cincinnati Bengals: Sam Montgomery, DE/OLB, LSU
TRADE: The Bengals move up to Carolina's pick. Cincinnati has extra picks while the Panthers are without a third-rounder, and their new GM will want to get one back. With the run on pass-rushers, the Bengals move up to land Montgomery. Cincinnati may be too cheap to re-sign Michael Johnson.

  15. New York Giants: Chance Warmack, G, Alabama
TRADE: The Giants move up with New Orleans. New York has to improve its aging offensive line. Warmack is the top lineman available, and he could go to division rivals like the Eagles or Cowboys if the Giants doesn't move up for him. Warmack would upgrade New York's run game and the pass protection for Eli Manning.

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
TRADE: Philadelphia moved down with the Rams. The Eagles are fortunate to drop lower and still land an offensive tackle to upgrade their weak offensive line.
