  1. Buffalo Bills: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
It's puzzling as to why the Bills didn't find an upgrade across from Sammy Watkins this offseason. Robert Woods is one of the weaker second receivers in the NFL, so something absolutely needs to be done about this.

Pick change; previously Malachi Dupre, WR

  2. Baltimore Ravens: Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri
Charles Harris struggled in the season opener, but he's still worthy of a mid-first-round pick. The Ravens could certainly use him, as they need some young blood on the edge behind Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil.

Pick change; previously Jalen Reeves-Maybin, LB

  3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
The Buccaneers could use another play-maker with Vincent Jackson nearing retirement. There's an opening at tight end, where Austin Seferian-Jenkins has regressed.

Pick change; previously Malik McDowell, DT

  4. Denver Broncos: Malik McDowell, DE/DT, Michigan State
The Broncos lost Malik Jackson this offseason. They spent a second-round pick on Adam Gotsis, who was widely considered a reach. If Gotsis doesn't show any promise, the Broncos may want to use their first-round choice on a talented defensive end to properly replace Jackson.

Pick change; previously Jonathan Allen, DT

  5. Washington Redskins: Ethan Pocic, C/G, LSU
It wouldn't have been surprising had the Redskins spent their 2016 first-round pick on Ryan Kelly as a way to shore up their offensive line. However, Kelly was snatched off the board three picks earlier, so here's Washington's chance to obtain a stud center.

  6. Houston Texans: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
The Texans won't have Brian Cushing around for much longer, so they'll likely be in the market for a new inside linebacker to pair with Benardrick McKinney.

Pick change; previously O.J. Howard, TE

  7. Kansas City Chiefs: Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU
The Chiefs had a great tandem at cornerback last year with Sean Smith and Marcus Peters, but the former has defected for Oakland. Andy Reid has a history of drafting corners in the first round, so he could pull the trigger on one again.

Pick change; previously Jourdan Lewis, CB

  8. Arizona Cardinals: JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC
This is a situation where one of the top players on the board happens to fill a need. Wide receiver will have to be addressed next offseason. Larry Fitzgerald has mulled retirement; Michael Floyd will hit free agency in March; and John Brown will be entering his contract year.

Pick change; previously Isaiah Ford, WR

  9. Oakland Raiders: Christian McCaffrey, RB/WR, Stanford
The Raiders would've jumped all over Ezekiel Elliott if given the chance, but they obviously weren't able to obtain him. They're definitely in need of a starting running back, as the coaching staff doesn't trust Latavius Murray all that much. We'll see if DeAndre Washington pans out.

  10. New England Patriots: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
The Patriots somehow didn't address the running back position this offseason, so LeGarrette Blount is once again the favorite to lead the team in carries. Blount is untrustworthy, so this simply can't continue.

  11. Seattle Seahawks: Caleb Brantley, DT, Florida
There was one team that was convinced the Seahawks would select Robert Nkemdiche in the 2016 NFL Draft. They did not, but it made a ton of sense, as Seattle could use a pass-rushing presence in the interior of its defensive line.

Pick change; previously Pat Elflein, C/G

  12. Philadelphia Eagles: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
I found it odd that the Eagles signed Leodis McKelvin, given that he was responsible for them beating the Bills when he missed a tackle on Zach Ertz in the final minutes of that game. Now, McKelvin will see extensive action, which is a mistake. The Eagles also traded away Eric Rowe, so they could be looking for cornerback help with Minnesota's selection.

Pick change; previously Mike McGlinchey, OT

  13. Carolina Panthers: Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State
The Panthers will take the best player available, but that could coincide with need here, as they desperately have to find an upgrade at both tackle positions. I guess Roderick Johnson could be classified as the top prospect, though he may seem underwhelming right now after struggling so much against Ole Miss.

Pick change; previously Mike Williams, WR

  14. Cincinnati Bengals: Marcus Maye, S, Florida
The Bengals had a number of key free agents this offseason. They re-signed some of them, but failed to keep Reggie Nelson, who was a valuable member of their defense. Here's a much-needed replacement if Shawn Williams doesn't come through.

  15. Pittsburgh Steelers: Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State
I loved the Tyler Matakevich pick, but if he doesn't flash as a rookie, the Steelers could spend an early-round selection on an eventual replacement for Lawrence Timmons.

Pick change; previously Jarrad Davis, LB

  16. Green Bay Packers: Evan Engram, TE, Ole Miss
The Packers signed Jared Cook this offseason, but he has a history of disappointing. They could use a better threat at tight end, and that's exactly what Evan Engram would be for them, as Engram has drawn comparisons to Jordan Reed.

Pick change; previously Raekwon McMillan, LB
