  1. Cleveland Browns: Tyler Orlosky, C, West Virginia
I have to imagine that the Browns are growing tired of Cameron Erving's ineptitude at center. Here's someone to challenge him.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Pat Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech
The quarterback the 49ers choose in the first three rounds obviously depends on whether Chip Kelly is still around. I don't know why the 49ers would hang on to the worst head coach in the NFL, but they've done much dumber things.

Kelly prefers quarterbacks who release the ball quickly and fire passes accurately. That's pretty much Pat Mahomes in a nutshell. Some teams see Mahomes as a second-day prospect, so the 49ers could certainly take him with this selection.

Pick change; previously Cordrea Tankersley, CB

  3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami
Brad Kaaya's stock has slipped, but he's definitely a bargain in the third round. The Jaguars could consider taking him, as they can't really bench Blake Bortles because they don't have an alternative. Drafting a quarterback who actually cares about football would be nice.

Pick change; previously Hasson Reddick, DE/OLB

  4. Chicago Bears: Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU
Alshon Jeffery is an impending free agent. He has had trouble staying healthy, so it's hard to imagine the Bears giving him a long-term contract. Here's an insurance policy.

  5. New York Jets: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
The Jets have to address both positions in their secondary. Cornerback help is more important, as Darrelle Revis has regressed into one of the worst players at his position in the entire league.

Pick change; previously Donnie Miles, S

  6. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaiah Ford, WR, Virginia Tech
The Bengals need to find another weapon for Andy Dalton, as Brandon LaFell is not a quality No. 2 option.

  7. Green Bay Packers: Hasson Reddick, DE/OLB, Temple
The Packers place great pressure on opposing quarterbacks with Julius Peppers and Nick Perry, but both happen to be impending free agents. Peppers turns 37 in January, while Perry could prove to be too expensive to retain.

Pick change; previously Nick Chubb, RB

  8. New Orleans Saints: Bradley Chubb, DE, N.C. State
The Saints could use help everywhere on defense, and adding yet another edge rusher definitely has to be on their checklist. Considering the quarterbacks in their division, they have to be able to generate as much pressure as possible.

  9. San Diego Chargers: Donnie Miles, S, North Carolina
The Chargers have three excellent cornerbacks on the roster, but they need help at safety, as Jahleel Addae is a penalty machine. I'm sure San Diego's front office would love to find a viable replacement for Eric Weddle to solidify its secondary.

Pick change; previously Corey Davis, WR

  10. Carolina Panthers: Adam Bisnowaty, OT, Pittsburgh
The Panthers have needed help at tackle for some time now. Perhaps after seeing their blockers struggle this year, their front office will find some help at the position.

Pick change; previously Taylor Moton, OT

  11. Tennessee Titans: Budda Baker, S, Washington
As mentioned in the write-up of their first pick, the Titans have to address both secondary positions. They couldn't get a safety with their second opening-rounder, so here we are.

  12. Arizona Cardinals: Cooper Kupp, WR, Eastern Washington
Larry Fitzgerald has mulled over retirement, but even if he keeps playing, it'll be difficult to retain Michael Floyd, who will be entering free agency come March.

  13. Tennessee Titans: Jordan Leggett, TE, Clemson
Delanie Walker turns 33 this offseason, so the Titans might have interest in adding a successor.

  14. Buffalo Bills: D'Onta Foreman, RB, Texas
The Bills appeared to have a great one-two punch at running back, but Karlos Williams ruined that. Here's a better backup than Mike Gillislee.

  15. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State
It's time for the Steelers to develop a viable backup behind Ben Roethlisberger because Landry Jones has been horrible.

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Samaje Perine, RB, Oklahoma
The Eagles soured away from Ryan Mathews have opted to go with Darren Sproles as their featured back. Then, they went back to Mathews. The coaching staff can stop playing musical chairs with its running backs by spending an early pick on one in the 2017 NFL Draft.

  17. Indianapolis Colts: Cameron Sutton, CB, Tennessee
The Colts only have one talented cornerback in Vontae Davis, and they are absolutely brutal against the pass even when Davis is in the lineup.

  18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jamar Summers, CB, Connecticut
The Buccaneers could spend another early-round selection on a defensive back. Cornerback help is needed, given that Brent Grimes is just a short-term solution.

  19. Minnesota Vikings: Wayne Gallman, RB, Clemson
The Vikings could stand to add another running back, as Adrian Peterson's backups this season have been pretty underwhelming.

  20. Minnesota Vikings: Elijah Qualls, DT, Washington
Tom Johnson does a great job providing depth behind Sharrif Floyd and Linval Joseph, but he turns 33 this offseason, so Minnesota will need to find new depth up front.

  21. Baltimore Ravens: Dede Westbrook, WR, Oklahoma
Steve Smith doesn't have much time remaining in the NFL, and the same thing could be said about Breshad Perriman if he doesn't prove himself. Baltimore spending an early-round pick on a receiver shouldn't surprise anyone.

  22. Houston Texans: Marcus Williams, S, Utah
The Texans have a great front seven - or at least the will when J.J. Watt returns from injury - but the secondary definitely needs work. The safety situation is a big problem, and I'd be shocked if Houston didn't address it next offseason.

Pick change; previously Jarron Jones, DE/DT

  23. Detroit Lions: Brandon Facyson, CB, Virginia Tech
The Lions have a great cornerback in Darius Slay, but not much else at the position in the wake of Rashean Mathis' retirement. Unless Johnthan Banks can finally live up to expectations, Detroit will have to find a new corner this upcoming offseason.

  24. Atlanta Falcons: Amara Darboh, WR, Michigan
Mohamed Sanu has been a minor disappointment thus far, and the Falcons should think about adding some receiving depth regardless.

Pick change; previously Conor McDermott, OT

  25. Washington Redskins: Dorian Johnson, G, Pittsburgh
Washington's offensive line has played well this year, but the team has to find an upgrade over guard Shawn Lauvao. A mid-round selection can be used on one.

  26. Denver Broncos: Steven Taylor, LB, Houston
Given how much they struggled to defend Atlanta's running backs as receiving threats out of the backfield in one of their two losses this year, the Broncos should consider an inside linebacker early in the 2017 NFL Draft to properly replace Danny Trevathan.

  27. New York Giants: Carlos Watkins, DT, Clemson
The Giants spent tons of money on their defensive line, but it hasn't produced as expected. Adding a player who can generate interior pressure will be important.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Ryan Anderson, DE/OLB, Alabama
Tamba Hali won't be around forever, so the Chiefs should think about adding some depth to their edge rush.

Pick change; previously Amara Darboh, WR

  29. Seattle Seahawks: Taylor Moton, OT, Western Michigan
The Seahawks have yet to address their offensive line in this 2017 NFL Mock Draft, which is probably a mistake. They have some major issues at tackle.

Pick change; previously Chad Wheeler, OT

  30. New England Patriots: Jarron Jones, DE/DT, Notre Dame
The Patriots never found a replacement for Dominique Easley, so here's someone who can provide a solid interior pass rush.

Pick change; previously Deatrich Wise, DE/DT

  31. Oakland Raiders: Davon Godchaux, DT, LSU
The Raiders figure to spend multiple resources next offseason fixing the interior of their defense, which has not performed well this year.

  32. Dallas Cowboys: Daeshon Hall, DE, Texas A&M
The Cowboys could stand to bolster their pass rush, which tends to be pretty inconsistent. It would help if Randy Gregory could play, but Dallas has to move on as if he won't be part of the team going forward.
