Round 1

Picks 17-32
17. Bengals: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

A gift to the Bengals to have the second best receiver in the draft fall into their laps at 17.

18. Seahawks: Prospect not selected

Okay, I might have lied a little about the Cardinals taking the last tackle at 16. But, the Seahawks are in desperate need of line help, so they reach as well.

19. Texans: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

An argument is to be made here that the Texans will take a running back, but the Texans decide to fill their DT void instead.

20. Broncos: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The fact Egbuka fell this far is insane, but very fortunate for the Broncos.

21. Buccaneers: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Why not make Mayfield's weapons more unfair? They could definitely go cornerback here as well.

22. Steelers: Prospect not selected

The last in a little run of pass catchers, Ayomanor provides a receiver to an offense that became unreliable down the stretch.

23. Rams: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

While they could use offensive or defensive tackle help, Morrison is best player available and fills a position of need.

24. Packers: Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss

NO LOVE FOR EDGE RUSHERS! I see CB being more valued in the 20's-30's range and the Packers snagging one for themselves.

25. Chargers: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

We know how much Harbaugh is opposed to drafting good pass catchers (Nabers anyone?), but Warren is staring them in the face and too good to pass up.

26. Commanders: Mykel Williams, DE, Georgia

AN EDGE RUSHER! Will Williams drop this far on draft night? Probably not, but if he did, the Redskins say "Yes please!"

27. Ravens: Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

So many teams needing offensive line help, so few offensive tackles worthy of a first round pick. Might as well take a corner.

28. Vikings: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

"Running backs don't deserve to go in the first round!" Well, bite me. Hampton is great and worthy of a higher pick.

29. Bills: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

The Bills could definitely use some defensive line help on the edge and in the middle. Best d-lineman available.

30. Eagles: James Pearce Jr., DE/OLB, Tennessee

Listed as 3-4 OLB, but will probably be a true edge rusher for Philly. They could definitely go WR here as well, but they take a better prospect at an equal area of need.

31. Chiefs: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

First round linebacker?!?! It can't be?!?! But it's the Chiefs, so he'll probably be an All-Pro and we'll all hate them for it.

32. Lions: Landon Jackson, DE, Arkansas

I really didn't know what to slot in here for the Lions. They could probably use interior O-line help more than a 2nd edge rusher, but they decide not to reach.
