Round 2

32. Steelers: Jaelyn Duncan, OT, Maryland

Again i copycat Walt's picks. this one makes sense. No affect of trade

33. Texans: Siaki Ika, DT, Baylor

A very good player for a very sore need. If Cowboys pick him, then Texans wait for Breesee. No affect of trade

34. Cardinals: Will McDonald, DE, Iowa State

Two very good Edge rushers named Will in the same draft? Who does this? While McDonald is not very good against the run, he will earn his keep on the pass. Suprisingly, no affect of trade.

35. Colts: Hendon Hooker, QB, Tennessee

Another big Ripple, i had Colts taking Steen OT when they had a first round QB, now they have to reach and get Hooker who is most ready to play. Gardner can hold down the fort awhile. Some would put McKee here. I would not argue

36. Rams: Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee

Rams still need to protect Stafford No affect of Trade

37. Seahawks: Keion White, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech

Another DE Ripple, i had Seattle taking Foskey here. But he is gone, so Keion White steps in. Take a look at their Dline now whew! who believes it!

38. Raiders: Trenton Simpson, LB, Clemson

Raiders get help in the middle while it is good. Same comment as above. no affect of trade

39. Panthers: O'Cyrus Torrence, G, Florida

Another OL ripple, here O'Cyrus is available. I had Carolina taking Cody Mauch so this is an obvious we will take the O. Mauch is not bad. Just O'Cyrus better

40. Saints: Mike Morris, DE, Michigan

Another ripple. I had Saints taking Keion White here

41. Cardinals: Cam Smith, CB, South Carolina

This was Titans 2nd round pick they traded to go up for QB. They were slated to take Derick Hall. Here, Cards get CB help they need. Another RIPPLE

42. Jets: Drew Sanders, LB, Arkansas

Jets have two in a row here. They get a quality linebacker

43. Jets: Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah

and a great receiving TE. No affect of trade

44. Falcons: Henry To'o'To'o, LB, Alabama

the run on LB's continues No affect of trade

45. Packers: Keeanu Benton, DT, Wisconsin

Aaron really isn't going to like this pick - no offensive help. Tee hee, it don't matter. This guy won't have to move far...and he knows how to play in the cold. No affect of trade

46. Patriots: Tyler Steen, OT, Alabama

Another ripple, Steen had been taken by Colts at 35, he is better than Anton Harrison original pick

47. Commanders: Tanner McKee, QB, Stanford

Another huge ripple. I had Redmanders taking Hooker here. But he is gone to the Colts. McKee is not the best fit to the system, but he is best QB

48. Lions: Daiyan Henley, LB, Washington State

The LB keep rolling off the shelf until the good ones are gone. No affect of trade.

49. Steelers: Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee

Here is there Chase Claypool for 2023. No affect of trade

50. Buccaneers: Max Duggan, QB, TCU

Another ripple. Originally I had Bucs taking Mckee because he fits the Tom Brady mold. Maybe they can talk Washington into swapping.

51. Dolphins: Cody Mauch, G, North Dakota State

Wow, Dolphns finally get a pick. Don't mess with the commissioner. It doesn't end well. But they get a good pick. Ripple continues here. I just like this guys name. He sounds like a hardass. Good fit for Miami

52. Seahawks: Steve Avila, C, TCU

Seattle works on the other side of the ball, but still on the line. Best center available. no affect of trade Their draft is getting more impressive. and I am a Texans fan

53. Bears: John Michael Schmitz, C, Minnesota

The run on centers is started. And he played in cold weather. No affect of trade

54. Chargers: Quan Martin, CB/S, Illinois

Quan is a CB and a Safety prospect. Chargers need both so his talent and flexibility land him here. No affect of trade

55. Lions: Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

Not a lot of demand for TE in this draft. Any other time, he would have been long gone. No affect of trade

56. Jaguars: Zacch Pickens, DT, South Carolina

This is a reach, but necessary. There is a large demand for DT's and not enough good ones to go around. If you wait for the round he should be there, he won't be there. No affect of trade

57. Giants: Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

While there are a lot of good CB's in the draft, they need to be taken. This is a good pick for this slot. No affect of trade

58. Cowboys: Zach Charbonnet, RB, UCLA

Cowboys need a running mate for Pollard. That is new style for RB's in the NFL to keep them healthy and keep their price low. Good pick for this slot also. No affect of trade

59. Bills: Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland

Run on CB is starting. No affect of this trade

60. Bengals: Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Mississippi State

Ripple effect slowing down, but here. For some reason, I had Cam Smith here, so Bengals get next best CB in line

61. Bears: Cedric Tillman, WR, Tennessee

What every QB loves, a fast tall receiver who can catch the ball. This makes Fields look even better. No affect of trade

62. Eagles: Prospect not selected

The Eagles are feasting on this draft. They can't believe what is available. This is another Ripple pick..I originally had Forbes CB here. This affect goes all the way to the 7th round for every CB taken

63. Chiefs: Gervon Dexter, DT, Florida

Another deep reach for DT. I had Gervon slotted for 4th or 5th round. But there is no one availble before then. No affect of trade
