2015 NFL Mock Re-Draft: Round 3

This is a 2015 NFL Mock Re-Draft of Rounds 2 and 3 for Friday evening's NFL Draft coverage. With all of the trades that will go down, I don't expect to get many of these right (I nailed seven in my Re-Draft Round 2 in 2012, and five in my Re-Draft Rounds 2-3 in 2014), but it's still fun to speculate where the top prospects will go on Day 2 of the 2015 NFL Draft.

65. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: A.J. Cann, G, South Carolina
    The Buccaneers spent their second-round pick on an offensive tackle in this mock draft, but they also need help at the guard position.

66. Tennessee Titans: Daryl Williams, OT, Oklahoma
    It's customary for teams to match their new quarterback with another upgrade on offense, whether that's a receiver or a blocker. The Titans need the latter, as Michael Roos' retirement has creating a big hole at right tackle.
    
    
67. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
    The Jaguars should look at the secondary again, as all they did at the safety position this offseason was sign Sergio Brown.
    
    
68. Oakland Raiders: Xavier Cooper, DE/DT, Washington State
    It was a bit odd to see the Raiders pass on Leonard Williams, given that he told them he wanted to play for them. Here's another defensive tackle possibility.
    
    
    
    
    
69. Washington Redskins: D'Joun Smith, CB, Florida Atlantic
    As mentioned, the Redskins have to add to their secondary. They need help at both cornerback and safety.
    
    
70. New York Jets: Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
    The Jets have a new front office, so they may want to bring in their own quarterback. Having Brett Hundley sit for a year or two would make sense.
    
    
71. Chicago Bears: Frank Clark, DE/OLB, Michigan
    The Bears signed Pernell McPhee this offseason, but that doesn't mean they won't pick a rush linebacker in the first half of the 2015 NFL Draft. They need pass-rushing depth.
    
    
72. St. Louis Rams: P.J. Williams, S/CB, Florida State
    Here's more help for the Rams in the secondary.
    
    
73. Atlanta Falcons: David Johnson, RB, Northern Iowa
    The Falcons lost multiple running backs this offseason, but this was already a position of need. The front office will want to find someone to pair with Devonta Freeman.
    
    
74. New York Giants: Mario Edwards, DE/DT, Florida State
    Mario Edwards is another player who falls out of circumstance. The Giants could definitely snatch him, as they have a need at defensive tackle. Johnathan Hankins was a stud this past season, but he had very little help next to him. Mike Patterson looked done, so the Giants will have to address this position via the draft.
    
    
75. New Orleans Saints: Clive Walford, TE, Miami
    The Saints traded away Jimmy Graham this offseason, so they'll obviously be in the market for a replacement. Drafting a tight end out of Miami worked once before, so why not try it again?
    
    
76. Minnesota Vikings: Donovan Smith, OT, Penn State
    The Vikings had trouble blocking on the left side last year. Matt Kalil was a big problem; he dealt with an injury, but what if he struggles again in 2015?
    
    
    
    
    
77. Cleveland Browns: Henry Anderson, DE/DT, Stanford
    Here's more help for the Browns up front. They really need to make sure they can stop the run, or they aren't beating the Steelers (Le'Veon Bell), Bengals (Jeremy Hill) or Ravens (Justin Forsett).
    
    
78. New Orleans Saints: Tre McBride, WR, William & Mary
    How pissed were the Saints that the Colts snatched Phillip Dorsett off the board at the end of the first round? Here's an alternative option at receiver.
    
    
79. San Francisco 49ers: Trey Flowers, DE/OLB, Arkansas
    Aldon Smith probably won't be on the team much longer, and Trey Flowers seems like a great scheme fit in San Francisco's defense.
    
    
80. Kansas City Chiefs: Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
    It's amazing that the Chiefs went the entire year without having any of their receivers score a single touchdown. Alex Smith was partly to blame, but the receiving corps was just abysmal.
    
    
    
    
    
81. Buffalo Bills: Mitch Morse, C/G, Missouri
    As mentioned earlier, teams that add quarterbacks usually complement those signal-callers with a weapon or a blocker. The latter fits here.
    
    
82. Houston Texans: Kwon Alexander, LB, LSU
    The only reason Brian Cushing is returning next season is because of his contract. The Texans need help at inside linebacker and will look to address the position early in the 2015 NFL Draft.
    
    
83. San Diego Chargers: Markus Golden, DE/OLB, Missouri
    The Chargers will be looking for an edge rusher at some point in the 2015 NFL Draft. Dwight Freeney is gone, while Melvin Ingram has had problems staying on the field.
    
    
84. Philadelphia Eagles: Jamil Douglas, G, Arizona State
    A Pac-12 blocker this time. Jamil Douglas is an athletic guard who would fill a need once the Eagles foolishly trade Evan Mathis.
    
    
    
    
    
85. Cincinnati Bengals: Nate Orchard, DE/OLB, Utah
    The Bengals are going to add a pass-rusher at some point. They had trouble getting to the quarterback last year, and Michael Johnson may not be the solution.
    
    
86. Arizona Cardinals: Jacoby Glenn, CB, Central Florida
    The Cardinals lost Antonio Cromartie this offseason, so they'll be looking to upgrade the cornerback position early during the draft.
    
    
87. Pittsburgh Steelers: Chris Conley, WR, Georgia
    The Steelers have shown interest in many receivers during the pre-draft process. Perhaps they'll take one in the first half of the 2015 NFL Draft. They could use a third wideout to go along with Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant.
    
    
88. Detroit Lions: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
    The Lions were really hurting on the offensive line this past season, which would explain why their offense sputtered so much. They have to upgrade multiple positions, including right tackle.
    
    
    
    
    
89. Carolina Panthers: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
    The Panthers addressed their one big need by drafting a tackle in the second round. Here's their other huge hole. They have to find a No. 2 wideout across from Kelvin Benjamin.
    
    
90. Baltimore Ravens: Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan
    The Ravens already lost Owen Daniels this offseason, and no one is sure if Dennis Pitta will be able to play this year, so the front office could be targeting a tight end early in the 2015 NFL Draft.
    
    
91. Dallas Cowboys: Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State
    DeMarco Murray was too expensive to keep, so the plan was for Joseph Randle to become the new starting running back. The problem is that Randle was recently arrested for drug possession and domestic violence, so he could be suspended. If so, Dallas may spend a second-day selection on a back.
    
    
92. Denver Broncos: Paul Dawson, LB, TCU
    The linebacker position was already an issue for the Broncos prior to this offseason, but now they are moving to a 3-4 scheme. They need help there, so they could spend an early selection on the position.
    
    
93. Indianapolis Colts: Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
    The Colts made some nice additions to their roster this offseason, but one area that they've mostly neglected is the offensive line. Andrew Luck needs better protection at multiple positions, including the center spot.
    
    
94. Green Bay Packers: Ben Heeney, LB, Kansas
    It was shocking to see the Packers pass on both inside linebackers at No. 30 overall. They'll have to address the position on Day 2.
    
    
95. Seattle Seahawks: Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson
    The Seahawks were really missing Brandon Mebane. They need some help at defensive tackle, even once Mebane returns from his hamstring injury next year.
    
    
96. New England Patriots: Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
    It must be noted that the Patriots have a number of players at the defensive tackle position heading into their contract years by the 2016 season, so this is a selection for the future.
    
    
97. New England Patriots: Dres Anderson, WR, Utah
    The Patriots look to be targeting a receiver early in the 2015 NFL Draft. Perhaps they'll take a shot on the underrated Dres Anderson.
    
    
98. Kansas City Chiefs: Ibraheim Campbell, S, Northwestern
    It's unfortunate what happened to Eric Berry, who will hopefully have a swift recovery from cancer. In the meantime, the Chiefs will have to find a new safety.
    
    
99. Cincinnati Bengals: Jeff Heuerman, TE, Ohio State
    Jermaine Gresham is a free agent, so the Bengals may want to add another tight end. I'm sure Andy Dalton wouldn't mind having another intermediate weapon.
