The owners of the 8th overall pick is the focus of this Off Season plan and it's a surprising one. The Panthers were expected to conted for the Super Bowl again, but instead fell flat on their on faces during their Super Bowl hangover. Now it's a question to whether or not they can get back into it. So, without further adieu here we go!

1) Kawann Short DT

2) Andrew Norwell OG (RFA)

3) Charles Johnson DE

4) Mario Addison DE

5) Ted Ginn JR WR

----  The obvious big fish in their free agency plans has to be keeping Kawann Short who is a key cog to their defensive front that helps make the rest of the defense go. Next year they will have to deal Star Lotlelei's contract, but in my opinion Short is the better of the two. Whether it's franchise tagging him or signing him long term. Long term signing will cost a lot, but it's going to be a bridge they need to cross over eventually to keep one of their best defensive players. Another solid defensive player they sh
