Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Colts: C.J. Stroud, QB, Ohio State

Colts look to break the cycle of veteran QBs and trade up to take their signal caller. CJ Stroud projects to be the best pro in this draft alongside Bryce Young.

Pro Comparison: Justin Herbert

2. Texans: Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

Similarly to the Colts, the Texans look to upgrade at the QB position and take the most accomplished QB in this class. Bryce Young is the perfect QB to build the next two decades around.

Pro Comparison: Russell Wilson

4. Bears: Peter Skoronski, OT/G, Northwestern

Bears trade down and draft to protect Justin Fields. Skoronski is a polished prospect who knows how to play in Chicago (and deal with losing).

Pro Comparison: Andrew Thomas

3. Cardinals: Will Anderson, DE, Alabama

Best Player in the draft. Cardinals luck out and get him at 3. Generation player at Alabama and still getting better.

Pro Comparison: Von Miller

5. Seahawks: Jalen Carter, DT, Georgia

What more can be said about the best player on back-to-back National Championship teams? Seattle continue to write the book on drafting when Jalen Carter falls into their lap at pick 5. Could well be the best player in this class when all is said and done.

Pro Comparison: Chris Jones

6. Panthers: Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

A pick most franchises wouldn't make. The Panthers aren't most franchises. Richardson is excited and could be the the next Josh Allen, or the next Malik Willis. He has a huge arm but doesn't exactly know where it is going. Exciting times in Charlotte.

Pro Comparison: Josh Allen / Malik Willis (Covering both bases)

7. Packers: Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

The Rodgers era ends in Green Bay and in the end they receive multiple picks courtesy of the Las Vegas Raiders. They waste no time in finding their new guy by picking this year's most polarizing prospect. Time will tell if Will Levis continues Green Bay's rich history of Hall of Fame QBs.

Pro Comparison: Derek Carr

8. Bengals: Paris Johnson, OT, Ohio State

Despite their best efforts, opposing defenses run through their o-line like skyline chili through your digestive system. Bengals trade down to select a local OT. Paris Johnson shone in an offense full of five-stars. Instantly changes the vibe in the city.

Pro Comparison: Lane Johnson

9. Lions: Calijah Kancey, DT, Pittsburgh

The next great Pitt DT. Kancey is as mean as he is talented, will define the defensive side of the ball in Detroit for years to come. Positions the Lions as a serious contender in 2023.

Pro Comparison: Aaron Do.. just kidding, Grady Jarett

10. Eagles: Devon Witherspoon, CB, Illinois

The rich get richer. Not really, but amid the mass free agent exodus in Philly they retool at a prime position. Witherspoon is a rangy player who will be perfect addition to a defense in transition.

Pro Comparison: Patrick Surtain

11. Titans: Broderick Jones, OT, Georgia

12. Texans: Myles Murphy, DE, Clemson

13. Jets: Brian Branch, S, Alabama

14. Patriots: Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State

15. Packers: Tyree Wilson, DE, Texas Tech

18. Falcons: Keion White, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech
