Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Titans: Abdul Carter, OLB, Penn State

Titans said yesterday per Adam Schefter that they would be looking to take generational talent and not necessarily QB. With Jeffrey Simmons possibly leaving and their defense getting seemingly worse every year, Titans could take pass rusher and roll with a free agent QB or even trade for one.

2. Browns: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Cam Ward falls right into Cleveland's lap. Very exciting young prospect and immediately solves the QB problem they have going on for them right now. Deshaun project unfortunately did not work out and with the injury I believe they take this pick to make a plan going forward.

3. Giants: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Giants were possibly looking at not landing a QB here at this pick but with the Titans ideas, Shedeur lands in the New York media with a struggling offense of the Giants. Shedeur being the purest passer prospect in this draft class. I am liking him going to New York and taking over.

4. Patriots: Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

While I believe the Patriots should be taking offensive line to protect their possible franchise QB, there is a possible generational talent here in Travis Hunter, I am not sure how he would fit into the Patriots system, but I could not see Travis hunter falling past 4.

5. Jaguars: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

Probably the actual best pure corner prospect in the draft this year could help a struggling Jaguars secondary. Instant impact player if you ask me.

6. Raiders: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

Lack of receiving options outside of Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers have been a problem for the Raiders and with only having the 6th pick, there really isn't an option to pick the top 2 QBs. Free agency they may address that position and if so, get that person some weapons to throw to. Truly the Raiders just need playmakers.

7. Jets: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

Defensive line depth has been in short supply for the Jets and a huge need for them. Mason Graham is the best defensive line prospect and last year we let Braden Fiske fall and now he is looking at ROTY. Just take the instant impact talent.

8. Panthers: Kelvin Banks, OT/G, Texas

Not sure why Banks is listed as guard, but Banks could instantly slot in on the awful Panthers O-Line, Bryce Young was looking a lot better at the end of the season and I was liking what I was seeing, now protect him, or get him options to throw to.

9. Saints: James Pearce Jr., DE/OLB, Tennessee

One of the most talented defensive pass rushers lands in the Bayou. They have struggled at having depth on the D-Line and being able to rotate outside of their starters. With Chase Young really not making an impact. Instant impact.

10. Bears: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Just protect Caleb at this point, pretty sure there was a stat of Caleb Williams had run the most distance out of all QBs. Just get the most talented offensive prospect at this point.

11. 49ers: Mykel Williams, DE, Georgia

Freakish athlete at dline is always a safe bet for the niners organization. Mykel Williams is a dynamic pass rusher and a tremendous tackler. I say it a lot, but instant impact.

12. Cowboys: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

We have seen what happens whenever you already have playmakers at other positions but with most of the D-Line prospects being gone, Ashton Jeanty could be a very exciting prospect for the already dynamic Cowboys offense.

13. Dolphins: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

Please stop letting your franchise QB's head bounce off the turf. Protect that man and let them get to work. Simmons could possibly be a reach, but this is the next best prospect for their offense

14. Colts: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Colts loved Bowers last year and wanted to get another talented option for Anthony Richardson, Warren does exactly that. Talented pass catcher and a talented blocker. Checks all the boxes and instantly makes the Colts better.

15. Falcons: Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M

Any of the defensive pass rushers make sense to Atlanta here. I could see them going with Scourton, or Walker. Also, could see them adding Luther Buden too.

16. Cardinals: Jalon Walker, OLB, Georgia

Linebacker, pass rusher hybrid who has the talent to be able to play a TJ Watt type of role for the Cardinals defense. I foresee Walker being taken around this 13-17 area.
