Final 2 Round Mock Draft

It'll be way off, but that's part of the fun of it. Gonna keep explanations short.

Round 1

Picks 1-16 Picks 17-32 Round 2
17.
Kadyn Proctor , OT , Alabama
Cleveland and Kadyn Proctor are often connected, so that's why the two moves down and the selection of him here at 17.
18.
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren , S , Toledo
Harrison Smith replacement.
19.
Jets Jets:
Denzel Boston , WR , Washington
Saw a rumor that the Jets have 1st round grades on 3 wideouts. Denzel Boston is the last one of the three, so they snag him here.
20.
Omar Cooper , WR , Indiana
Browns get their receiver. Fernando Mendoza's a bit disappointed his former teammate didn't fall further in this mock draft.
21.
Akheem Mesidor , DE , Miami
After moving down, the Buccaneers get their pass rush some juice.
22.
Kayden McDonald , DT , Ohio State
Saw a rumor that the Chargers might prefer to go after the defensive line before the interior O-Line spot, making McDonald the selection here.
23.
Monroe Freeling , OT , Georgia
Possible Lane Johnson replacement. Eagles play the draft board
24.
Colton Hood , CB , Tennessee
I think Jermod McCoy is more talented than Colton Hood, but there are fewer injury concerns surrounding Hood. That's why I have the Browns going with Hood here instead.
25.
Caleb Lomu , OT , Utah
Thought about a defensive lineman here, but Caleb Lomu may be gaining some steam here. Ozzy Trapilo will miss most (if not all) of the 2026 season.
26.
Ty Simpson , QB , Alabama
Cardinals get: Pick 26
Bills get: Pick 34 (R2) and a 2027 3rd round pick (via LA Rams/Cardinals)

A swing on a QB for the Cardinals and GM Monti Ossenfort, who might need to see his team show some progress to keep his job beyond 2026
27.
Malachi Lawrence , OT , Central Florida
Of the second tier EDGE rushers, Lawrence might be my favorite of the bunch. So as a Seahawks fan, I kind of hate having him go to the 49ers here. But the Niners do have a need at EDGE, and Lawrence is someone they're showing some interest in.
28.
Blake Miller , OT , Clemson
Raiders get: Picks 28 and 69 (R3)
Texans get: Picks 36 (R2), 67 (R3), 102 (R4) and 185 (R6)

Perhaps another weapon for Fernando Mendoza will come later. Houston kindly moves down to allow the Raiders to grab a right tackle who has a ton of college experience and should be ready to go.
29.
Max Iheanachor , OT , Arizona State
Patriots get: Pick 29
Cardinals get: Picks 31 and 131 (R4)

Arizona already grabbed their right tackle, so they allow the Patriots to move ahead of Miami to grab local product Max Iheanachor. He's a bit raw, but good news is he won't need to play right away in New England.
30.
Chris Johnson , CB , San Diego State
Iheanachor was going to be Miami's pick, but the Patriots made a move up for him. So they pivot to the secondary and grab San Diego State's Chris Johnson to help a putrid secondary.
31.
Keldric Faulk , DE , Auburn
Cardinals assistant coach Zac Etheridge played a big role in getting Keldric Faulk to commit to Auburn out of high school. Could he pound the table for his guy here?
32.
Christian Miller , DT , Georgia
Texans get: Picks 32 and 64 (R2)
Seahawks get: Picks 36 (R2), 67 (R3) and 106 (R4)

Seattle moves down to snag a fifth draft selection, and the Texans move back up for a guy they were considering at 28 in Christian Miller.
