Round 1

The Titans haven't signed a veteran quarterback nor traded this pick as of now so they are gonna sit and pick Cam Ward after an impressive season at Miami.

Travis Hunter is probably the best prospect in this draft so Browns do the smart thing and don't reach for a quarterback in a weak class. Maybe they take Hunter's teammate Shedeur in the second round.

If there was a true blue chip offensive line prospect then they would draft that guy but there isn't so they have to settle for Abdul Carter. There's a chance they trade out of this spot since their defensive line is the one strength the Giants seem to have.

Drake Maye needs time to throw the ball and while it might be tempting to give him a weapon with this fourth pick, that would be a waste if he can't get the ball out. We will see if Will Campbell can overcome his short arms at the NFL level.

Running is back with running backs back in vogue after incredible seasons by Saquan Barkley and Derrick Henry. Unfortunately the Jaguars fail to understand that those generational players did so behind incredible o-lines and draft Ashton Jeanty to waste away in Jacksonville for 5 years.

After trading for Geno Smith, the Raiders need to give him a WR1 as he's not good enough to carry an offense by himself.

The Jets could certainly use some help at right tackle and Membou could come in and fill that need immediately.

The Panthers need help with their pass rush after trading Brian Burns while also getting help at linebacker.

With Derek Carr's recent injury woes, the Saints take a leap of faith and hope Shedeur is the guy who brings them back to relevancy.

It's tempting to put Omarion Hampton here after the Bears hired Ben Johnson but one must remember that the Lions built through their trenches first before getting their first round running back. It's also a very deep class for RBs. The Bears instead take Kelvin Banks who can play just about any position on the o-line and the Bears just might need him to do that.

There's always the great prospect who ends up falling for no reason and there's always the great organization who is more than happy to pick him. The 49ers are more than happy to select one of the few potential blue chippers in this class.

There's always the questionable prospect who ends up getting selected a round earlier than expected and while the Cowboys are generally a good drafting organization, I can see them taking the plunge on Burden who's a good prospect but might garner unwanted attention, something the Cowboys aren't afraid of.

The Dolphins are the epitome of all gas no brakes. Tyler Warren is yet another weapon in the offense that can also provide some blocking for the run game.

With Tyler Warren taken the pick before them, the Colts go with another versatile offensive line prospect that can play guard right away and potentially play tackle in the future or in a pinch.

It seems like it has been years now that the consensus is that the Falcons need to address their pass rush but they continue to neglect it. They can't possibly use another first round pick on an offensive skill position so they draft Mykel Williams, the Georgia native with incredible raw potential.
