Round 1

Obviously, this was the pick all along. Will Levis is a terrible quarterback, so the Titans had no choice.

Browns go beat player available. I would take Abdul Carter to pair with Myles Garrett here. I don't think they'll do that and that makes Hunter the pick.

The Giants couldn't pass on the next best player available. They'll likely explore and trade Kayvon Thibodeaux.

It just felt inevitable. Will Campbell, Drake Maye and Mike Vrabel were matches made in heaven.

I really felt the Jags would go after a playmaker for new HC Liam Coen. I was right, but they moved up, messing up a lot of mocks. Mason Graham made perfect sense for Cleveland after the fact.

This was a terrible pick of mine. I really over thought Pete Carroll and his role in making this pick. Plus, the more I dug, I felt Walker was a true Patrick Willis-like, off-ball linebacker. The Raiders may have needed defensive back or edge. Bad pick!

I really felt the Jets needed a tight end. Had I done more research, I would have realized that wasn't going to happen here. Tyler Warren was my actual pick, but this class was too heavy at offensive tackle, while deep at tight end. Plus, I was biased! I wanted my 49ers to end up with Membou.

All the talk of the Panthers going edge had me fooled. I gave them best player available here after the Raiders took Walker. Really, if it were an edge, I thought Mykel Williams from Georgia, or Texas A&M's Shemar Stewart were in play.

I really thought long and hard about the Saints taking an offensive tackle here, which they did! My friend and I both figured out that the Saints had given up on OT Trevor Penning, whom they took in the 2022 first round at pick 19 overall. After Ryan Ramczyk retired, and Taliese Fuaga brought uncertainty as a rookie, I should have given them Armand Membou instead of having them trade back with Denver. I wanted Membou but was not shocked to see the Saints take Kelvin Banks Jr. the OT/OG from Texas. The Broncos never wanted a running back that wasn't Ashton Jeanty, so I fumbled this pick.

The Bears may not have even considered Banks here like I thought. Originally, I felt they had two really good tackles and that they would extend Braxton Jones. I drank the Kool-Aid and replaced him, but he wasn't even available for that scenario.

Biased, biased, biased! Had Membou and Banks been off the board, I strongly considered Mykel Williams and Shemar Stewart, because I knew in my heart all along the 49ers would go with an ultra-athletic defensive end after all the ends they scouted and had for top-30 visits.

I did not dig deep enough into the Zack Martin retirement. The Jones's also love offensive lineman. Booker was a gimmie.

A lot of us were too quick to give the Dolphins a corner here, as they still have Jalen Ramsey. Rumor Mill said he was on the block, and he may be, but never replace a player that is still around.

This pick was Tyler Warren but I had him off the board. Colts were easy and predictable. I'm happy with this result. The Bears paired Loveland with Cole Kmet, resulting in Warren going second between the top two tight ends.

The Falcons loved Mike Green. They needed edge again and probably thought Jalon Walker would be gone. Had a feeling the could get a Georgia Bulldog defender for the first time in their history in round one. Mike Green did not go in the first round.

I would have given the Cardinals Walter Nolan if I had Williams gone. Williams was higher on team's boards, I think.
