Mark Ringo Mock 1.0
Trying to read the tea leaves by combining, talent, team needs, and fit.
Round 1
Picks 1-16
Picks 17-32
The Panthers could go Sadiq here, but in this mock he's gone. It sounds like they want a center fielder to roam in the secondary. Thieneman is a good prospect who would fill that need.
Dallas needs help at pass rush. I'll go with a mild surprise pick here.
21.
The Bucs could go TE or defense. I'll go defense and help at Edge with Cashius Howell.
Chargers could trade down, but in this mock I have them fortifying the interior of their line with Bisontis
One of these years Philly has to find a successor to Lane Johnson at LT. In this mock, kick back and relax Eagles' fans. It's Miller Time.
If the Browns go OL with their first pick, it sounds like they'll go Wr here. Boston impressed NFL execs at his pro day.
The Bears got gashed in the run game last year. Shutting down the run is Kayden McDonald's specialty. It's probably either DT or Edge here for Chicago. I'll go with Big Mac.
26.
Buffalo would like to add picks after trading for DJ Moore. Arizona can grab their QB of the future right here.
San Fran could go a bunch of different ways, but they need some help at WR for Kyle Shanahan to have his offense reach its potential. Ricky Pearsall can't stay healthy and Christian Kirk is only signed to a one-year deal. Concepcion adds some sizzle to an offense in need of speed.
Houston needs help on the OL. Rutledge seems like a good fit for their interior.
The Chiefs need some CBs after the trade of star CB, Trent McDuffie. Chris Johnson makes a lot of sense.
Miami could go a bunch of ways here, but in this mock they keep adding to their line with Lomu.
New England has to protect Drake Maye better. Mad Max could be a developmental OT with high upside.
The Seahawks want to trade down, but Faulk could be one of the few guys who gets them to stick and pick if he's still on the board at pick 32.
