Well the time has just about come for Black Sunday/Monday for teams in 2019 and its time to evaluate who has the best chance at getting hired for 2020.

Tier 1

College Coaches:

1. Jim Harbaugh (UM HC): Things really haven't worked out for Jim Harbaugh at Michigan as they haven even been able to sniff the playoffs in his tenure, despite paying him a rediculous amount of money, hard to say if he wants back in the NFL but someone would definitely be interested as hes never had a losing record as an NFL hc, only thing is can he avoid a power struggle like he had in SF...

2. David Shaw (STAN HC): Would be a great coaching hire, but this one seems like a nonstarter every year.

3. Urban Meyer* (FMR OH ST HC): Would be interesting to see how he does, but I am very skeptical, as he couldn't handle the stress of college coaching anymore, don't see how he could in the NFL, especially if he went to Dallas.

Tier 2

Coordinators:

1. Greg Roman (BAL OC): Got to believe he will get his chance after his work with Lamar Jackson, though he would after his stint in SF, but I would say its at least 80% likely he ends up with a job somewhere after the season.

2. Eric Bienemy (KC OC): Possible, but Pat Mahommes has regressed some from 2018 so who really knows, depends on how far the Chiefs go...

3. Josh Mcdaniels*(NE OC): would be a top option but after slighting the Colts, don't think anyone would want him and I don't think he wants to go anywhere as I believe its already predetermined that he will be Belichicks replacement soon.  Players didn't like him in Denver and a guy who goes back after being hired like he did doesn't deserve a job as a head coach.

4.Pete Carmichael (NO OC): The Saints OC has had a lot of success, you would think someone would hire him by now...

Tier 3

Fired Coaches:

1. Mike Mcarthy (FMR GB HC): Has a ton of experience, but does he still have it? He'l get a second chance somewhere...

2. Ron Rivera (FMR CAR HC): Highly experienced, but not so sure he gets a hc job again immediately, depends on the openings...

Tier 4

Other:

1. Dave Toub (KC SPEC TMS): A solid special teams coach and assistant to Andy Reid and probably a stable leader however spec teams coaches dont get too much attention as far as interviews go.

2. Mike Preifer (CLE SPEC TMS): A former Naval officer and helicopter pilot, this coach has what it takes to be a good leader for a team, not to mention over a decade of solid special teams experience, probably wont get a job but hes worth interviewing, as he recently said he wants to be a HC.
