I go back and forth on it all the time. Seems at the very least it's influenced here and there. Though some of it could be human nature. To give the team that is down the benefit of the doubt could be a sub conscious thing..not something driven by greed or an agenda.
There is no denying a game 7 on Sunday night on Father's day weekend is a major win for the league...
Like I said I go back and forth on it though usually settle around the idea that games are influenced a certain direction but that that influence can be overcome, and is at times by a team just fighting through it.
