I get it, we're an easy target but stop piling on already.  No we are not a crime against the integrity of the game.  We don't need further punishment.  Last night the 76ers lost by 51 points to the Spurs who were sitting Duncan, Parker, and Leonard.  The losing is punishment enough, and the reality is we won't get Ben Simmons anyway because of the other teams who actually aren't trying  that the media won't mention because they are hypocrites will have a worse record and the lottery balls always bounce their way.

Unless you are being hypocritical there is no way you can call for some sort of drastic action be taken with the 76ers without mentioning other teams that really aren't trying, or who have followed this same path.  Now they'll say it's because the 76ers have taken it too far...well let's go look at the wins and losses...because the 76ers have yet to finish with the worst record, and there is a good chance they won't finish with the worst record this season either.  So if the 76ers aren't trying what has Minnesta been doing the last few seasons, what was NYC doing in the bottom two, how is the Lakers suddenly plummeted to 4th worst, and now look to be on their way to the worst record.  And how many times did Cleveland end up with a top 5 pick.

So shut up on this, 'the 76ers are a crime against the league'.  We had a bad game against a deep team, but we have been in 8 of our last 10 games while dealing with some serious issues with our leading scorer.  And yes I'm saying 'we', and 'us', because I'm a fan and that's what it feels like.  And stay tuned because this young team hasn't quit yet and it won't anytime soon and it won't be long until it's the beloved Lakers in last place and the 76ers are gaining on the Nets, and the Pelicans.
