Round 1

Picks 1-16
1. Bears: Caleb Williams, QB, USC

QB 1
Big Board: 2

Caleb Williams is the obvious pick.

2. Commanders: Drake Maye, QB, North Carolina

QB 2
Big Board: 7

Drake Maye is a prototypical QB prospect that checks almost every box. His transition to the NFL may be rough but he has all the tools to become an elite QB.

3. Raiders: Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU

(TRADE)
Raiders Receive: Pick 3, Pick 180
Patriots Receive: Pick 13, Pick 77, 2025 R1, 2026 R1

QB 3
Big Board: 20

The Raiders pull the trigger on a massive trade to go get their QB of the future. Daniels is exciting and a great playmaker. His pros far outweigh the cons.

4. Cardinals: Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State

WR 1
Big Board: 1

The Cardinals stay put and get the best player in the draft. MHJ will be an elite WR from day 1. Having the opportunity to take a player of this caliber at pick 4 is too good to pass up.

5. Vikings: J.J. McCarthy, QB, Michigan

(TRADE)
Vikings Receive: Pick 5, 2025 R2
Chargers Receive: Pick 11, Pick 23, 2025 R1

QB 4
Big Board: 27

The Vikings make their move for McCarthy. This is the perfect landing spot for him to thrive. He will enter a situation with a top tier play caller and incredible weapons.

6. Giants: Rome Odunze, WR, Washington

WR 3
Big Board: 6

I think the Giants would favor Rome over Nabers. They are currently trying to develop Jalin Hyatt who has a similar skillset to Nabers. Rome Odunze has a skillset unlike others in this WR room and I think that would add significant value.

7. Titans: Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame

OT 1
Big Board: 4

Another fairly obvious pick.

8. Falcons: Malik Nabers, WR, LSU

WR 2
Big Board: 3

The Falcons could draft an EDGE here or trade back for a team wanting Nabers... or they could draft him themselves. They do have Rondale Moore and Darnell Mooney, but they are not even close to the caliber player that Nabers is. A new toy for newly acquired QB Kirk Cousins.

9. Colts: Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia

(TRADE)
Colts Receive: Pick 9, 2025 R6
Bears Receive: Pick 15, Pick 46, Pick 191

TE 1
Big Board: 5

Developing Anthony Richardson will be priority #1 for this team. Bowers would instantly become a security blanket which is so valuable for young QBs. His playmaking paired with Shane Steichen would be must watch TV.

10. Jets: Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia

OT 3
Big Board: 14

The Jets have their two tackle spots locked up. While they have very good players at these positions, they are old and injury prone. Mims is lacking in experience but loaded with potential. This would be a perfect spot for him to develop for a season while also providing insurance if one of the starters goes down.

11. Chargers: Tallies Fuaga, OT, Oregon State

(TRADED DOWN FROM PICK 5)

OT 2
Big Board: 9

Harbaugh wants to run the ball. Fuaga will pancake any defender in his path. Enough said.

12. Broncos: Bo Nix, QB, Oregon

QB 5
Big Board: 30

Bo Nix is one of the more controversial QBs in this draft. His ceiling seems to be capped but he is NFL ready and plays well in structure which is rare for a rookie QB. This may seem like a reach but they cannot enter the season with Jared Stidham at QB.

13. Patriots: Olumuyiwa Fashanu, OT, Penn State

(TRADED DOWN FROM PICK 3)
OT 4
Big Board: 15

The Patriots will have a franchise pass blocking LT for whoever is playing under center.

14. Jaguars: Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo

(TRADE)
Jaguars Receive: Pick 14
Saints Receive: Pick 17, Pick 96, 2025 R5

CB 1
Big Board: 8

The rest of the AFC South has new franchise QBs in place. The Jaguars get an electric player to counter.

15. Bears: Dallas Turner, OLB, Alabama

(TRADED DOWN FROM PICK 9)
EDGE 2
Big Board: 11

The Bears like drafting high upside players and Turner is exactly that. This fills a huge need.

16. Seahawks: Troy Fautanu, G/OT, Washington

OT 5
Big Board: 18

Fautanu will likely play guard for the time being. His versatility will make him valuable for years to come.
