Vikings:

Vikings trade up with Chargers to make sure the Broncos and Raiders don't get McCarthy before them. Chargers won't trade this pick to a divisional rival.
Cardinals:
Quinyon Mitchell, CB, Toledo 
Trade down with the Giants, and consider trading down again but take the first defensive player off the board and make it the best man corner in the draft to help deal with Shanahan, McVay and Grubb
Falcons:

Best EDGE in the draft if you ask me. Can do it all, if the team clears his medical history
Broncos:

Broncos need a QB, and have their choice of Penix, Nix and trading down, but don't risk missing out and take Penix
Raiders:

Could take Nix also but I think the defensive minded HC would see more value in beefing up the front with versatile athletes
Colts:

Need help all over the DBs so get someone who can play all over
Bills:
