PrimetimePerri 2026 NFL Mock 2.0 (No Trade)

Published: March 4, 2026 90 Views 0 Comments Draft: 2026
It's been a bit since our Mock 1.0. I decided to wait for the combine to produce one massive updated Mock. Hope you all enjoy!

Round 1

Picks 1-16 Picks 17-32
1.
Fernando Mendoza , QB , Indiana
Thankfully for Fernando Mendoza, former Seattle Seahawks Offensive Coordinator and SuperBowl Champion Klint Kubiak will be at the helm of this Vegas Raiders team when he gets drafted. It's always ideal for a rookie Quarterback to be with an offensive mind, especially a high IQ guy like Mendoza.
2.
Arvell Reese , LB , Ohio State
The last time I mocked, Oregon Quarterback Dante Moore was still making his decision of declaring or not. I had assumed he would and it was an easy decision for the Quarterback-less Jets to take... but I was wrong. So now things get interesting here. The Jets recently traded away edge rusher Jermaine Johnson, and face the decision of Arvell Reese or David Bailey. Bailey is very talented, although someone as athletic, versatile and young as Reese is hard to pass up.
3.
David Bailey , DE , Texas Tech
The Cardinals need offensive line help but I don't really love the value of taking one of these guys in the top 3. A trade-down wouldn't be a bad idea here but if not, David Bailey is a blazing-fast edge threat to place across from Josh Sweat.
4.
Rueben Bain Jr. , DE , Miami
New Titans Head Coach Robert Saleh is a defensive genius who's bread and butter of his 4-3 defence is rarely blitzing and letting his front-4 do the work. They've recently acquired Jermaine Johnson although could still use additional help to really sure up one of the leagues worst defence. There has been quite alot of buzz about Jeremiah Love here which I don't love seeing how many holes this team actually has.
5.
Caleb Downs , S , Ohio State
The arrival of new Head Coach Jon Harbaugh will create many new schemes and player fits. They're already actively shopping edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux looking for a linebacker and have already been linked to multiple free agents. Due to the uncertainty still we'll have the pick be versatile safety Caleb Downs to help this pass defence.
6.
Spencer Fano , OT , Utah
The Browns have four starting offensive linemen hitting free-agency, a new head-coach in Todd Monken and a quarterback room with a good enough storyline for a movie. Let's be smart here and take a young offensive linemen for the future.
7.
Sonny Styles , LB , Ohio State
The Commanders desperately need a pass rusher but the way the board has fallen, it doesn't offer one of the top-prospects. That being said, Sonny Styles may just have enough athleticism and pure talent to play multiple positions on this weak Commanders defence and even assist with some pass rushing.
8.
Jeremiyah Love , RB , Notre Dame
The Saints should really give Tyler Shough some help. A bluechip prospect like Love is hard to pass up on, especially with Alvin Kamara becoming a shell of his former self with increasing age. Love is a 3-down back who can do it all.
9.
Jermod McCoy , CB , Tennessee
The Chiefs traded away Pro-Bowl Corner Trent McDuffie as I was wrapping up making this Mock. They'll have the opportunity here to fill multiple holes to either address offensive line, receiver or corner. Trading away your star corner and having multiple free agent corners looming makes me believe they must really like one in this draft. Give me Jermod McCoy, best corner film in the draft.
10.
Francis Mauigoa , OT , Miami
Arm length may have Mauigoa fall a bit in my opinion, regardless of a fall or not, one of the top offensive linemen here is the selection regardless. Just protect Joe Burrow please.
The Dolphins need just about everything, so new Head Coach in former Packers Defensive Coordinator Jeff Hafley has his work cut out for him. When in doubt, best player available never hurts.
12.
Avieon Terrell , CB , Clemson
The Cowboys have 2 first-round picks and nothing else within the top 100, therefore a trade-back from one of these wouldn't be a bad idea. For this mocks sake, were aren't doing trades. With their first, first-round pick the Cowboys address a putrid pass defence with a speedyTerrell.
13.
Jordyn Tyson , WR , Arizona State
The Rams acquired Chiefs star corner Trent McDuffie while making this mock, they now only own this first, as pick 29 was sent to Kansas City.
The Rams now have their pick of all the receivers here. The more I look at my mock, the more unrealistic it seems, but it is what it is. Tyson seems to fit the McVay offence and will be a replacement for Adams when he leaves.
14.
Carnell Tate , WR , Ohio State
This pick ultimately comes down to the health of Nnamdi Madubuike and his future while rehabbing his neck. If healthy, the Ravens can confidently take a receiver, if not, their defensive interior becomes very weak. We'll keep things positive and say he'll be back! The Ravens can now upgrade their weak receiver core with Carnell Tate
15.
C.J. Allen , LB , Georgia
The Bucs linebacker core will take a massive hit with Lavonte David headed to free agency. His replacement? C.J Allen, possibly the best run stopping linebacker in the draft. (Free Agency will give us a much clearer picture if the Bucs actually will reach or not.)
16.
Olaivavega Ioane , G , Penn State
The Jets have a ton of cap-space to work with, we recently mocked LB/EDGE Arvell Reese to help their pass rush. Now let's help this offence. The team is losing some interior offensive line to free agency so lets address that issue here with Ioane.
