Picks 1-16
Picks 17-32
Tom Brady and co. get a QB to reset the newly (re-)minted Las Vegas franchise. They’ll have some great young offensive skill talent and will need to rebuild their defense and offensive line. No trades in my mock at this time - will add once we get closer.
The Jets grab the best defensive player on the board in this year’s draft. This team also has a lot of poker chips in this year’s draft. Maybe they’ll land a QB down the line.
Arizona definitely needs help on the offensive line and obviously at QB. What use is a tackle if there’s no QB to block for, especially if you have a left tackle already? I would select a defensive player here like Sonny Styles or David Bailey, but the Cardinals are lowkey one of the worst franchises in sports. I am also not a professional GM.
Tennessee grabs a foundational piece for their franchise. Jeremiyah Love is ahead of the RB pack this year. Cam Ward will need someone to take pressure off of him in the offense. Daboll will want another Saquon.
Sonny Styles performed too well in the combine not to go top 5 this year. NYG gets the best player available. Downs, Love, or a receiver could go here too.
Regardless of QB capacity, the Browns seriously need WRs. Harold Fannin was their best receiver last year as a rookie TE. They grab the first of three “elite” receivers in the draft. We could also see an offensive tackle, defensive end, or Caleb Downs.
I think Commanders get very good value here at pick #7. David Bailey is super athletic and strong. If Jeremiyah Love was here, I could see Washington selecting him. Or even Caleb Downs. David Bailey could certainly end up as a top 4 pick in the draft this year.
Kellen Moore will want to make a splash on offense to aid the development of their second-year QB. Chris Olave has had too many concussions for a career already. He might end up like Tua. Jordyn Tyson has injury issues - he could slide later in the first. He could also end up as the first receiver selected, who knows.
Who gave the Chiefs a top 10 pick?? KC grabs a generational safety prospect and hopes to rebuild their defense after a down year. It would be interesting to see the Chiefs select a receiver here. They could also go for a defensive end or an offensive tackle.
Caleb Downs was probably the best or second-best defensive player on paper this/last year in the NCAA. Recent medical evaluations have flagged a potential degenerative knee issue.

The Bengals kind of need everything besides QB, RB, and WR. But they definitely need help on the defensive line and select the best option on the board. Bain’s knock is short arms, but plays with tenacity and speed.
The AFC East is in an ever-destructive cycle wherein the Patriots devour the other organizations. The Dolphins have hit the reset button again. They were 2 years late firing McDaniel and getting rid of Tua. It is not ethical to keep him on a football field. Miami looks to rebuild starting in the trenches.
If there was anything I took from the Cowboys’ team last year it is that they could not stop the pass. Here, they are gifted this class’ top defensive back. In a different draft, Delane would probably go higher as the 1A cornerback.
The Rams got a free pick from the James Pearce trade last year. With the addition of Trent McDuffie via trade with KC this offseason, they can stack the offense for Matt Stafford.
As a Pats fan, I think the most fun outcome would be a Rams-Ravens Super Bowl next year. LA can wait for a QB - they probably have two years left with Stafford and are a phenomenal free agent destination.

Baltimore could take a receiver here if one of the top 3 remain, but their largest need is probably interior offensive line. The top positional player for the interior offensive line is available here and they don’t overthink it.
If the Bucs don’t go defensive line here, they’ll get the top TE prospect in the draft. An athletic freak out of Oregon named Kenyon Sadiq. He looks small on tape, but is 6’3” 240lbs. Baker Mayfield will have plenty of options to throw to.
The first “surprise” of this year’s draft, even though the positional value is great. Kind of an undersized QB, but the Jets need to get something going. There is not enough value to select a receiver here, but the Jets certainly need targets.
