Those Little Red Crunchy Things 2026
Round 1
Picks 1-16
Picks 17-32
No brainer here. However, if he's going to have any immediate success the Raiders will have to put him in an RPO system like he ran in college.
I really think David Bailey would be the wiser pick here as I believe he will have more success in the NFL. But the Jets never even met with him, so once again the Jets are being the Jets.
3.
Robert Saleh is used to having a great edge rusher in his proven, effective 4-3 defensive scheme. Bain is a perfect fit both in physicality and personality for the Titans' defense.
This was a tough pick for me between Lemon, Tate, Fano and Styles. Ultimately, I went with the guy the Giants seemed to have the most interest in.
This was an easy pick. Perfect blend of need and best player available.
7.
Another easy pick for the same reason. Plus, Love won't fall any further than this spot.
The Saints desperately need a WR and CB, but the two WR's worth taking this high are gone. Delane is the top CB prospect and the next best option.
The Chiefs have a hole to fill at RT and Mauigoa is the top RT prospect in the draft.
The Giants need more pass protection up the middle. Fano played outside in college but he's a really good pass protector and due to shorter arms will likely have to kick inside in the pros.
A nice, safe pick for the new GM that matches a position of great need.
Styles isn't and never will be the elite pass rusher that Parsons was, but he's better against the run and an even better athlete than Parsons.
With D. Adams in the last year of his contract and P. Nacua potentially facing a suspension, the Rams have been looking heavily at WRs. Concepcion is fast and has great hands in traffic.
A bit of a reach at this spot, but the Ravens could really use help on the edge in terms of pass rushers. Young is equally adept rushing the passer and stopping the run.
15.
With the Bucs having a big need for a pass rusher and Lawrence running the 2nd fastest 40 time for a DE at the combine, this is a great match. Lawrence should be able to transfer well to OLB in Bowles' scheme.
The Jets have been looking very closely at the WR's projected to be taken in the 1st round and Cooper is the best remaining of the bunch. He's a TD machine that the Jets can build around.
