Round 2

33. Panthers: Ladd McConkey, WR, Georgia

I still think it is early but he passed the speed and agility concern. Anything that helps Young is a plus. Good trade back option here

34. Commanders: Chris Braswell, OLB, Alabama

Football team trades #40, 2025 3rd to Pats for #34 and 180. Braswell should rival the top Edge rushers year 1 outputs especially in this team need scenario

35. Giants: T'Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas

Trade Giants send #39, 166 and 2025 5th to Pats for #35 and 186. Get a much needed run stuffer

36. Commanders: Tyler Nubin, S, Minnesota

A nice replacement for Curl

37. Chargers: Michael Hall Jr., DT, Ohio State

Always on the lookout for a DT upgrade. It’s been a decade long search

38. Titans: Braden Fiske, DT, Florida State

A explosive interior option for the Titans

39. Cardinals: Ennis Rakestraw Jr., CB, Missouri

A tough outside CB option for the Cards who have almost nothing outside.

40. Patriots: Bo Nix, QB, Oregon

I think he is a starter right away but with a low ceiling even with their upgrades

41. Packers: Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU

Top tackle prospect who probably sits and learns for a year

42. Texans: Ennis Rakestraw Jr., CB, Missouri

Top outside CB option who can play somewhere in their back defense

43. Falcons: Adisa Isaac, DE, Penn State

Edge with upside

44. Raiders: T.J. Tampa, CB, Iowa State

Ideally a outside CB with inside options

45. Saints: Troy Franklin, WR, Oregon

A outside option for Carr. Not much out there for help to date

46. Colts: Brandon Dorlus, DT, Oregon

Losing 20 plus pounds for the combine makes him a tweener at 275lbs. He could drop or be limited to a 3-4 End base.

47. Giants: Max Melton, CB, Rutgers

A slot CB to work the inside on passing downs. Athletic enough to work outside, poor man’s starting CB2

48. Jaguars: Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas

A straight up speedster regardless of how they use him.

49. Bengals: Xavier Legette, WR, South Carolina

Bigger WR who could help the loss of Higgins who could bring back a decent draft haul.

50. Eagles: Cooper Beebe, G, Kansas State

Grab another re-enforcement for their interior online.

51. Steelers: Darius Robinson, DT, Missouri

A nice 3-4 end with inside versatility.

52. Rams: Ja'Lynn Polk, WR, Washington

The WR talent still available outweighs their CB need. Good depth at CB can be had in 3rd or 4th round

53. Eagles: Malachi Corley, WR, Western Kentucky

A needed slot who can bring more especially with the Saquan addition

54. Browns: Edgerrin Cooper, LB, Texas A&M

Another fast LB to add to their stout def

55. Dolphins: Christian Haynes, G, Connecticut

The best way to help this team is to give Tua time and let their fast backs find some holes. Plenty of needs elsewhere especially with no 3rd. Good trade back here

56. Cowboys: Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State

Slower 40 time but has athleticism/burst in routes. Future #2?

57. Buccaneers: Junior Colson, LB, Michigan

A inside project for Tampa who could see reps right away due to losses at the position

58. Packers: Payton Wilson, LB, N.C. State

Youth infusion at any LB spot to start. Eventual ILB replacement. 12 surgeries to date kinda hurt his stock

59. Texans: Roman Wilson, WR, Michigan

A nice slot option for Stroud who should eclipse his college numbers in year 1

60. Bills: Kamren Kinchens, S, Miami

He still feels like a great safety option even with his slow 40 time. I had him as S1 before the combine.

61. Lions: Christian Mahogany, G, Boston College

Has a chance to start and star as a rookie.

62. Ravens: Jermaine Burton, WR, Alabama

A new add to a constantly overturning WR room

63. 49ers: Kris Abrams-Draine, CB, Missouri

Probably a slot option to their uninspiring CB room

64. Chiefs: Ricky Pearsall, WR, Florida

Could go at the top of round 2. Pearsall lucks out with Mahomes instead.
