Round 1
I could see the Chargers going JC Latham at #5 (if they remain at that slot) or #11 (if they make a deal with the Vikings).
Rome Odunze could get the nod because of his better character, but I think Malik Nabers is more talented.
Whether at #4, #5 or #11, I think the Vikings walk away with JJ McCarthy.
Not sure the Vikings would draft Wiggins, but I thought I would slot him here in case the Chargers or Cardinals ultimately own this pick (as all three could use CB help). Just playing the odds, I guess you say.
The pick is in: Caleb Williams is the next Franchise QB of the Chicago Bears.
Drake Maye or JJ McCarthy could be in the contention, but Jayden Daniels is the favorite to go to the Commanders.
The Patriots would be foolish to pass on whichever QB the Commanders don't draft, whether that be Jayden Daniels or Drake Maye.
I decided not to forecast any trades in hopes of nailing more correct player-to-team picks. If the Cardinals don't trade down--they seem to have a high asking price, per sources--I think Marvin Harrison Jr. is the pick.
If Malik Nabers makes it to #7, I wouldn't be surprised if the Titans take him. But Joe Alt, odds wise, is the safest pick to slot to the Titans in my opinion.
Latu has passed his medicals, while Dallas Turner has a few question marks in that same area.
A trade down is possible, but I think the Jets roll with Brock Bowers if they can't get a deal done and Odunze is already off the board.
Regardless of pick number, I think Bo Nix will be a Bronco come the end of Draft Night.
Similar to McCarthy to the Vikings and Nix to the Broncos, I think the Raiders will draft Penix at some point on Night 1 of the Draft.
Fautanu or Fuaga are other possibilities, but I like Fashanu a little bit better for the Saints.
I thought it was safe to slot Dallas Turner here just in case the Bears and Colts swap picks, almost like a trade without actually predicting it.
