Week 2 fantasy value Review

Well Sunday is coming to a close and time to see how these value picks turned out. Some of these guys were able to produce as much points as regular starters, and some put up great points for their value and a few busted out. Take a look at my projected points followed by how they did. Green is they got you good/great value, Yellow is acceptable value for salary, Red is poor performance/underperformed. 

QUARTERBACKS:

1.  QB Trevor Siemian, Denver Broncos $5,200:

Projection:  300 yards and 2 scores against the Colts for 24 points.

Performance:  266 yards, 2-point conversion and 1 INT for 12.5 points.

2.  QB Josh McCown, Cleveland Browns $5,000:  

Projection:  275 yards, 2 touchdowns, and a fumble/interception for 21 points.

Performance:  260 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions for 16.5 points.  

RUNNING BACKS:

1.  Danny Woodhead, San Diego Chargers $5,200:

Projection:  40 yards on the ground, 5 receptions, 50 yards and a touchdown for 20 points.

Performance:  27 yards on the ground, 1 reception, 4 yards (Injured) for 4 points

2.  Tevin Coleman, Atlanta Falcons $4,500:

Projection:  45 yards on the ground, 6 receptions, 60 yards and a score for 22 points.

Performance:  46 yards on the ground, 2 receptions, 25 yards for 15 points

3.  Theo Riddick, Detroit Lions $4,300:

Projection:  50 yards on the ground, 5 receptions, 60 yards and a touchdown for 21 points. 

Performance:  37 yards on the ground, 4 receptions, 28 yards for 10.5 points

WIDE RECEIVERS:

1.  Cole Beasley, Dallas Cowboys $3,200:

Projection:  8 receptions, 80 yards and a touchdown for 22 points.

Performance:  5 receptions, 75 yards for 12.5 points

 

2.  Will Fuller, Houston Texans $4,200:

Projection:  6 receptions, 100 yards and a score for 22 points.

Performance:  4 receptions, 104 yards for 14.4 points

 

3.  Tajae Sharpe, Tennessee Titans $4,100:

Projection:  6 receptions, 90 yards and a touchdown for 21 points.  

Performance:  4 receptions, 33 yards for 7.3 points

 

4.  Michael Thomas, New Orleans Saints $4,000:

Projection:  6 receptions, 70 yards and a touchdown for 19 points.

Performance:  4 receptions, 56 yards for 9.6 points

 

5.  Tyrell Williams, San Diego Chargers $3,700:

Projection:  6 receptions and 90 yards for 15 points.  

Performance:  3 receptions, 61 yards and a touchdown for 15.1 points

TIGHT ENDS:

1.  TE Jacob Tamme, Atlanta Falcons $2,900:

Projection:  5 receptions, 60 yards and a touchdown for 17 points.

Performance:  5 receptions, 75 yards and a touchdown for 18.5 points

2.  TE Gary Barnidge, Cleveland Browns $4,000:

Projection:  5 receptions, 50 yards and a touchdown for 16 points.

Performance:  4 receptions, 37 yards for 7.7 points

3.  TE Cameron Brate, Tampa Bay Buccaneers $2,600

Projection:  4 receptions, 50 yards and a touchdown for 15 points.

Performance:  3 receptions, 16 yards for 4.6 points
